Creating Equal Opportunities Through Sport & Movement
NIKA Sport & Community uses sport, movement and play as powerful social-educational tools to create safe, meaningful and empowering environments for children and youth — especially those with limited access to quality physical activity.
Reaching 10,000 children annually through schools, municipalities and community programs.

Play Is Not a Luxury. It Is a Child's Right.
Every child deserves the chance to move, play, belong and grow. Yet many children and teens do not have consistent access to meaningful, diverse and empowering physical activity.
For children in underserved communities, after-school frameworks, mixed socio-economic neighborhoods and at-risk youth programs, sport can become much more than a game. It can become a safe space, a source of confidence, and a bridge to connection.
Children have a recognized right to play, rest, leisure and recreational activities.
The World Health Organization recommends that children and adolescents aged 5–17 engage in at least 60 minutes of moderate-to-vigorous physical activity daily.
In Israel, many children and adolescents still do not meet international physical activity recommendations.
We Build Social-Sport Programs Where They Are Needed Most
NIKA is not just about running sport activities. We design and operate structured educational sport programs that strengthen physical literacy, emotional resilience, social skills and a sense of belonging.
After-School Programs
Structured continuity frameworks that help children transition from the school day into a safe, active and supportive environment.
At-Risk Youth Programs
Movement-based resilience programs that help teens practice self-regulation, adaptability, communication and positive conflict resolution.
School-Based Programs
Long-term educational sport programs that integrate into the school climate and support children's physical, social and emotional development.
Inclusive Professional Training
Unique training programs for coaches and professionals working with children and youth, including children with physical disabilities.
The 20-40-30 Model
A Holistic After-School Framework
NIKA's after-school model is designed to support the whole child — emotionally, physically, socially and cognitively.
Emotional Grounding
A guided opening space for conversation, emotional transition, conflict resolution and group belonging after the school day.
Dynamic Movement
A structured movement session powered by the Multi-Skills methodology, helping children release energy, cooperate, solve challenges and experience success through diverse physical activity.
Cognitive & Academic Empowerment
A focused phase for homework support, thinking games and activities that strengthen attention, problem-solving and executive functions.

Resilience in Motion
Supporting At-Risk Youth Through Sport
For youth facing complex social and emotional challenges, the field can become a safe training ground for life.
Through carefully designed movement challenges, team games and guided competitive situations, NIKA helps teens practice self-regulation, adaptability, communication and decision-making. They learn how to face changing situations, manage conflict, take responsibility and experience success.
Programs such as our work with youth frameworks and Hatzlacha Centers in Rishon LeZion show how movement can become a practical tool for resilience, belonging and personal growth.
Multi 360: A Long-Term Educational Sport Program
Multi 360 is NIKA's multi-year school-based program that develops physical literacy, social skills and values through movement-based problem solving.
Each session combines diverse physical experiences with guided reflection around respect, leadership, cooperation, equality and personal responsibility — making sport part of the educational climate of the school.
"School principals describe NIKA's programs as structured, professional, flexible and deeply aligned with the needs of children and schools."

Powered by the Multi-Skills Methodology
NIKA's programs are powered by the Multi-Skills methodology — a structured, research-informed approach that integrates movement, cognition, emotion and social interaction.
This methodology enables coaches and educators to create diverse, adaptive and meaningful sport experiences for children of different ages, backgrounds and abilities.

Help Us Grow Without Compromising Quality
NIKA's work is expanding — but quality matters.
To reach more children, we need to train more coaches, support more schools, develop more inclusive programs, and keep our activities accessible to communities that cannot always fund them independently.
Your donation helps us maintain the professional standards that make NIKA effective, while expanding access to children and youth who need safe, meaningful and empowering sport programs.
Give More Children a Safe Place to Move, Play and Belong
Your donation helps NIKA bring structured, meaningful and empowering sport programs to children and youth who need them most — in schools, after-school frameworks, community centers and at-risk youth programs.
Your support can help fund coach training, after-school programs, inclusive sport activities, and long-term educational sport programs in underserved communities.
Together, We Can Turn Sport Into Opportunity
For thousands of children, sport is more than movement. It is confidence. Belonging. Emotional strength. Social connection. A chance to succeed. Help us bring that chance to more children.
